Thanks for this link. From my early reading of the XT10 manual:

The scene selection is here. There is also a mode where the camera selects the scene automatically! Is this what the users were asking for?

I thought the strength of Fujifilm was simple and efficient cameras for people who have enough knowledge to set up the parameters themself. Seems like Fuji is now trying to capture the P&S market as well. Probably good for their bottom line but no so good for the simplicity of design.

At the same time, the minimum shutter speed with auto ISO is still fixed and not focal length dependent? I could not see any reference to HSS either. Fujifilm engineers must be keeping their powder dry for the years to come.

    Just my ramblings...

Just got my 100-400. I actually took a few handheld shots (as a test of the OIS) at 1/15 sec @400 mm and believe it or not, they were sharp at 4"x6". My hands are not that steady, so this was like a miracle for me. At first I was concerned about if the OIS system was working, because looking through the VF, I could not discern a steadying effect during half shutter press that I am used to with my Nikon equipment, which leads me to believe that stabilization occurs only during the exposure. If I use a tripod during normal exposure speeds, it will be to support the heft of the lens which is considerable.
