Hello everyone....I have been scouring the web for a solution as I'm looking to up date or purchase a new computer. The machine is about 5 years old.

I use Windows Photo Viewer ( running windows 10) to view then cull my RAF files before importing into software...Lightroom or Photoshop...I can see the thumbnails , but when I click on the image its incredibly slow to render and when it does it turns the image vertically and it looks like a rugby ball. It does finally render correctly. Viewer is just sooooooooo slow...I do not have this issues with my Nikon NEF raw files.

Looking for the "fix" to apply it to the new computer......

    Thank-you for you patience..

I have been using Irfanview for years, but lately have started using Adobe Bridge. Only frustration so far is yhat it doesn't show the filene in full screen preview. (Or at leadt I can't find the way to do it....)

Worth checking out all the features eg you can even setup your own crop ratios and sizes (and easily flip them) , parse the file to your choice of other graphics editors, save favourite folders, etc, etc great for a freebie, but Faststone is so good I donated ages ago. Surprised a big boy hasn't come in for it - and Irfanview - and offered them piles of money.
