    My husband and I did this on one of my X-T1s because the grips were slipping so much I was afraid I'd drop the camera. Ordering the new grips from Fuji was a surprisingly bigger pain in the ass than I expected, but the process for replacement really was pretty easy and the results so very worth the effort.

    Just doing mine. Have the old rubber and glue off and letting the alcohol dry off before attaching the new glue tape and skin.

    Fujifilm UK were pretty good about supplying a new skin free. It just took a couple of emails and pics of the peeling skin.
