A recrop of a barn photo I took with my XF90 the other week whilst out cycling. Great that I can fit this lens into a really small bumbag, so I barely notice it whilst cycling. How goods that!

    Super shot.
I would lighten the very dark cloud so it has some grey tone rather than solid black.

Beautiful shot, but have to agree about the black cloud as my eye is drawn away from the barn. Toning down of the cloud would make it a winner.

BTW, If the barn is for sale I will have it, as I might need a UK retreat in the coming years!

I like it! And the black cloud.

Without the black cloud the image would convey a very nice bucolic scene, nostalgic for the past. You can go back and take that photo on another day.

With the black cloud it's more gothic in mood, a momentary hint of melancholy and dread.

Great shot - I myself would experiment with toning the black down a little; as many shades of grey as possible I'd say (maybe not 50 though...)
