I visited the southern Oregon Coast (U.S.) for my first extensive photography based trip with the XT-2. What a joy to use - on-body controls to change virtually everything I routinely use. Additional images are in the subsequent posts.

Nice photos, as a native Oregonian it's interesting to see what people who aren't from the area take photos of, what captures their interest. I'm sure everyone has experienced the out of towners who are interested in things that are so constant for the residents that we hardly notice them.

    Thanks all for the comments.

Zurubi - "... WB is off ..." I do not attempt to document the things I shoot, thus, WB is just another creative tool, like adding contrast or dodging and burning. Sometimes I go with what has been captured via Auto WB, and sometimes I cool or warm the image in processing as I did here. I assume from your comment you don't care for my choice in this matter and, of course, that is fine. It wold be quite the boring place if we only liked the same things.

Mote to moderators: I realize that I probably have posted this therad in the wrong forum; should have been in landscapes. Feel free to move it if you need or want to. Sorry for the mistake.
