... I am beginning to consider selling both my T2 & Pro2 while buying the X100F as a 'when I don't feel like carrying the H1 and corresponding lenses' camera. Not sure if that will be the direction I will go (haven't even touched the H1 yet) but it is a strange feeling to be considering this move.

Anyone else making a similar adjustment of gear? Please tell me that I am not alone ...

I just sold (traded, actually) an XP2 for the XH1. Now thinking about selling the pretty one (Graphite XP2/23)

The XH is IMO aesthetically challenged but so far has exceeded my expectations.

I lived for about 18 months with only a X100T. I then sold it to get my XP2 with a few small lenses. The XP2 and a couple of lenses is still too big a package to lug around.
In late 2017 I treated myself to a new X100F thinking I'd have my XP2 on a tripod for landscapes with my X100F slung over my shoulder for a second focal length......

Now I'm coming to the realization that I'd be perfectly content with just the X100F.
I won't sell the XP2 and lenses yet, but they're gathering dust in my living room mounted on my tripod.........

That's ruined it, now there are three.

Not dissimilar myself, mostly just carry a X-E2 and XC 16-50mm Mkii
This is despite having a Pro2 and at least six or more XF lenses (without looking not that sure what I have, it's been that long since I used them)

I'd keep X-Pro2 as a backup, if you already have lenses. This is a better camera than X100F. Also, optically a lens in X100F is not that really good in comparison with other XF lenses, like a magnificent 23/1.4. Unless, it is your the most preferred FL, 23mm I find it too wide, to be suck with it forever. Also, X100 series has this annoying for me shutter lag. (I had X100T). I don't know, if X100F has it sorted out, but for me, it was unacceptable for shooting moving objects on the streets.

I'm thinking of selling my T2-GS, keeping the pro2 for now until the next pro3. I know it'll be hard to depart from the T2. At the moment, my wife however would be the ideal item to go on sale otherwise.

Not alone. Have the X-E2S, X100F, and now the X-H1 and 16-55, and have been getting rid of Canon and Pentax gear. Have to make a decision on my K-1 and lenses. I'd like to be with just one brand again, but I really like the K-1.

From Fuji, I plan on letting the X-E2S go and keeping the X100F and X-H1 + glass.

I now have an X-H1 as my "main" camera, moving to that from a X-T2. I also had an X100F for easy carry. I sold that and bought a X-T20 for travelling lighter than the full X-H1. I loved the X100F. Fine machine, no doubt, but I often wished I could change lenses. I'm really happy with my current X-H1 and X-T20. It gives me options, yet still some flexibility lens-wise.

I sold my X-T2 three days I got the X-H1. My X-T1 and X-PRO are on the market.
Alternative to X100f would be an X-E3 with 27mm or 23mm lens.

I have an Xt2 and a x100F in my camera bag at all times. I use strobes and flashes for my portrait work. You can get a small X-E3 and a pancake lens but it still doesn't match what you can do with the leaf shutter of the X100F.

Meeting someone locally at noon today to sell my X-T2, leaving me with my X-Pro2 and my soon-to-be-delivered X-H1. Not yet sure if my P2 will be replaced by the X100F.

    That’s my plan- X100F and XH1.

The XH1 should be here Friday.
I will need to let the XT2 go - but not until I am certain the XH1 is for me and confirm I’ve got a good copy ;)

Opened the box about an hour ago. Really like the feel of it with the new grip and it doesn't seem all that much heavier. Love the quieter shutter, for sure!

Hmm ... still thinking about my next move ...

So far I am really diggin it! Doesn’t hurt that it came with the 16-55 2.8 - what a lovely pair!

I traded my XT-2 for the X-H1, and then a week later sold my X-Pro2 and X100F - It became obvious that the XH1 would always be my go-to camera so didn't see the point in having then sit around doing nothing.

Side note, I still have the original X100 and the X100T, but they've been packed away for so long now, I don't really count those!

The X-H1 is now my main, and I'm trying to decide if I should keep the X-T2, which I can't believe I'm saying. It makes a nice backup, but I would like to try a X100F at some point for carry around.
