I like the soft feel.
The little blue - margarita? daisy? brings back memories.
We had them in our garden and was my test subject for many a lens.
Nice set of images.
I am sure @Alice will also like these. I guess she is still busy after her house move.
Thanks for looking and for your comments. It was the first chance I've had to use the Lensbaby other than my little table top studio in the kitchen. It's harder to manual focus than I thought it would be and I had more misses than keepers, even with the intent of having everything soft. I'll need to practice quite a bit more purposefully.
@mnhoj That little daisy was pretty small in real life. I didn't get a look at what it was called.
Nice! Haven’t used that lens much but I had to stop down first, focus and then open up to get the “glow”
Excellent tip! I'll definitely try that.
I really like these! Especially #2 and #3. I have never used a lens such as this, but it seems you’re using its special qualities to great effect.
Thanks for sharing the images.
It's a nice lens. I find myself using it a good bit more than I would have expected.
Very dreamy, nice!
I also like velvet on flowers, here is somewhat done in post processing, not with the lens you have.
We need to start a Lensbaby photo sharing thread. Unless there is one and I missed it?
Really lovely photos. Thank you for posting these.
Yes, I do like them! And I’m still snowed under. I just found the box I’ve been looking for many times that contained my decorative copper pot and my scented wax owl!
Renovations are about to start with kitchen, 2 baths and hardwood floors.
I have a crabapple tree showing buds in the garage waiting for this @$#& freezing weather to stop Already! Along with 3 spirea shrubs and a rose of Sharon. I expect a snowstorm in July,
Yes, I’m frustrated. I want to plant them. Then shoot the blooms with the lovely 35mm, or the astounding 80mm!
Glad that you are getting out of the woods after the move. Dont overdo the work side as it will fall into place. You need some enjoyment as well as work!
Glad to see you back posting.
^ Yes.... what @jknights said
@SquarePeg , did you just add another lens to my wish list?
