Every Saturday morning my brother, my sister and I go to mom and dads and take over the kitchen for a morning breakfast with the "grey hairs". Not that we are not grey hair ourselves. I've posted some photos of mom on here previously as she is one of my favorite subjects and I don't think there's too many years left for her on this good earth. Hence my indulgence for showing mom to the world once again.

What a great shot. The black and white treatment looks particularly nice. Did you shoot Acros?

No, Silver Efex with no film type picked out. Just nice available light and some tweaking. Happy shooting.

Lovely shot, but your obvious love & attention to your mom is even better!

A very peaceful/reflective shot. I am really drawn to the lines of character in her hands and face. They give depth to the image and the model equally. She has lovely hair that clearly takes the light perfectly. I love everything about this shot and only want for more of her eyes as I am sure there is a bevvy of tales within them. :)

An excellent portrait and lasting memory to enjoy, thanks for sharing!

What a lovely portrait. Black and white suits it well.
