Can you help where Fuji UK seem unable?

    I dont have an X-T20 so it interesting to see differences between X-T2 and X-T20.

    I would suggest such a setting for you in camera.
    NR -4
    Sharpen: -1, or 0
    HL: -2
    Sh: -2
    Color: 0, or -1
    Film sim. for this kind of skin: ProNegStd, or CC.
    ProNegHi, and Astia are too contrasty. Provia, and Velvia are contrasty and over saturated.
    Set the smallest square focus point on one eye, and shoot. Check your jpeg.
    Is your PC screen optimized for photography?

    Thanks, I'll give those a go. My 27" iMac is balance with Spyder 5 pro.

    If you shoot RAW and JPG then if the JPG isnt sharp enough for you then you can sharpen again or remake a new JPG from the RAW.
