Well, new member here that's stalked for a while but never posted. However, I have a question that I just can't seem to find the answer to (or maybe I'm not asking the right question when I Google it).

Is there any way to set your ISO to AUTO and then have it lock once you start recording?

    - Fujifilm X-H1
    - 35mm f/2 lens
    - Shooting surfing with an Aquatech Housing
    - I have to preload all my settings before getting in the water. Usually that means 1. Double frame rate shutter speed 2. Aperture f/2.8-4 3. Auto ISO

When I start to pan to shore and the sun enters the frame, the camera automatically starts stopping down the shot. Is there any way to just have it lock and be over exposed? I know I can edit it in post, but for quick clips it's kind of a pain.

    Any ideas?

Don’t use any auto functions. Manual aperture, shutter speed and ISO
