This one is really for yesterday - the architecture in Belgrade is full of interesting contrasts and juxtapositions.

That's him. Milo the thug. He might look small and cute but underneath that cute exterior is a cold blooded rat killing apocalypse.

Somehow my eye accepts the tilted columns with the vertical lamppost (cropped) more readily than the tilted lamppost with more vertical columns. The problem here was getting a shot without cars parked in front of the building from an angle that captured the pure Doric architecture of this beautiful building.

Thanks Shadowside. I wasn't totally happy with this image and after posting I was culling the other shots from the garden and found this one which aI think I prefer. Orange & Yellow.jpg

Today I took an extended (because I got lost) coastal walk along cliff edges, down into seclude coves and through picturesque woodland. I have many OK images though, the one I'm posting could have been taken anywhere. In fact, it was from the open window of a country Pub in a seaside village called Lee in North Devon. I can't even say why I like it though I do.

Actually he's friendly with cats. Now a rat in a cage would be another matter.
